In this 1-2 hour workshop, we will reflect on the internal and external signals of burnout for your team members, explore what the opposite state could look like and implement actionable practices that help disrupt overthinking and perfectionism which can often stifle team creativity and progress.

If your team is ready to think about their energy for longer than a 1-2 hour workshop, then we can customize an internal energy course for you. We kick off with the Energy Takeback fundamentals and add in weekly practices, additional group sessions and virtual lounges on topics that most drain your team. These can include delegating and collaborating with intention to disrupt that inclination towards an attitude of “If I want something done right, I have to do it myself”. With that attitude, some folks take on more and more things (burning out in the process) and other people feel underdeveloped and unappreciated.
